I needed a replacement hook (sharks tooth) for the back of my 20 year old Vaude pannier bag and a photo & one phone call later Dave from Action Outdoors had figured out what I needed and where to get it from. The sharks tooth arrived at my door only 3 days later. Absolutely fantastic service and for what was in effect a minimal financial return for them.
