Dave - The Owner
Dave has been involved in the outdoor trade since leaving school. He was initially employed as a shop assistant for an independent retailer based in Colchester where he was encouraged to try out and test the equipment on regular occasions, often in the middle of winter in such places as the Lake District. He later spent time on the road employed as a manufacturers agent & then returned to retail, eventually setting up Action Outdoors in Ipswich. Now, more than twenty five years later, Dave has moved the business closer to home, in a beautiful countryside setting surrounded by trees and fields with a view of the river Stour - a very pleasant location to work in and for visiting customers to enjoy.
