This adapter for self-sealing screw top lets you transform a puncture-style
gas cartridge into a valve cartridge. This allows you to use the less expensive
puncture-style gas cartridges with gas appliances that are meant only to fit
screw top valve cartridges. Three arms secured with a rubber band hold the
adapter in place on the cartridge.
