The FLIP&FIT system allows the headband to be positioned low on the head, offers a secure fit, and can be easily adjusted by the instructor or participant. 
The single-size helmet can be adjusted to fit smaller heads and makes equipment management easier. 
The headband folds away for protection during transport or storage.
